3. Required information
Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request. If they are not completed, we may be unable to prepare a quotation or respond properly. You should not provide another person's data unless you have a lawful basis for doing so.
4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or needed to provide the requested service. Providers acting on behalf of EuroMonde Moving may have access to it, including Netlify for hosting and initial form reception, Umami Cloud for anonymous website statistics, email and IT providers, professional advisers, carriers, storage providers, international agents and customs representatives. They are subject to the relevant contractual and confidentiality obligations.
For international moves, certain information may be shared with agents, carriers, customs authorities or other necessary participants in the countries of origin, transit or destination. Where this involves an international transfer of personal data, the safeguards required by Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation will be applied.
5. WhatsApp and external services
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or open Google Maps, you will leave this website and use a service provided by a third party. That provider will process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive information or unnecessary documents through messaging services.
6. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@euromondemoving.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing the information needed to verify your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Children and security
The services are not specifically aimed at children under 14. EuroMonde Moving applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, reviewing them in light of the nature of the processing and the risks involved.
